Chromium Lack - Symptoms, Cause, Sources and Tips

Chromium, also known as chromium, is an essential mineral for the functionality of the human body;an example in which it is fundamental is in digestion.

This mineral is not produced by the body, so it is necessary to maintain a balanced diet with the correct intake of it.
