  • 1 whole egg;
  • 3 tablespoons chopped white cheese;

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder;
  • 10 drops of cheese essence.

Preparation:

Beat the egg and add the remaining ingredients, leaving the yeast last.

Bake in medium oven (180º) until golden brown.

4. Australian Bread Dukan

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons oat bran;
  • 8 tablespoons of wheat bran;
  • 4 tablespoons skim milk powder;
  • 1 tablespoon of culinary sweetener;
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder;
  • 3 whole eggs;
  • 3 tablespoons skim milk;
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon;
  • 1 clove;
  • 2 tablespoons of honey dessert.

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in a blender.

Bake in greased mashed potatoes in medium oven (180º).

5. Oat flakes

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons oat flakes;
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flakes;
  • 1 tablespoon skimmed milk powder;
  • 50 ml of skim milk;
  • 1 tablespoon of culinary sweetener;
  • 10 drops of essence of your choice;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder;
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon powder.

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients and bring the baking in a large non-stick form. Spread dough into shape and smooth with a spatula. There should be a thin layer.

Bake in preheated oven (200º) for approximately 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Expect to cool and break into flakes.

6. Almond Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 gems;
  • 1 clear beat in snow;
  • 1 tablespoon of culinary sweetener;
  • 2 tablespoons full of skim milk powder
  • 2 tablespoons full of oat bran;
  • 10 drops of almond essence.

Preparation:

Beat the egg yolks with the sweetener and add the remaining ingredients, finally add the egg whites to the snow.

Mix everything very well, and refrigerate for 40 minutes so that the dough acquires consistency.

Then, place small pieces of dough in spoonfuls in a non-stick shape, keeping a distance between them so they do not stick to each other.

Bake in a preheated oven (240º) for about 15 minutes or until golden.

7. Zero-fat curd

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of cottage cheese (which could be homemade);
  • 100 ml of skim milk;
  • Little salt.

Preparation:

Boil the milk and bring to the blender with the cottage cheese.

Beat until smooth.

Take to the refrigerator.

8. Chocolate and cinnamon biscuit

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 tablespoon of curd cheese;
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk;
  • 2 tablespoons skimmed milk powder;
  • 2 tablespoons oat bran;
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat bran;
  • 1 tablespoon of culinary sweetener;
  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate diet;
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder;
  • Cinnamon and vanilla to taste.

Preparation:

Beat the eggs well and add the remaining ingredients. The yeast should be added last.

Bake in microwave oven for 3 minutes at high power in muffin cups suitable for this type of oven.

Allow to cool completely.

Next, cut each cookie into four slices.

Sprinkle cinnamon with sticks.

These biscuits should now be placed in the conventional oven (200º) for approximately 20 minutes.

Do not let this pass, because they will burn. Remove from the oven immediately, because even off, it will continue to cook the cookies for some time, which could compromise the result.

These cookies should be stored, after cooling, in pots with a lid.
