  • 2 cups water;
  • 1 cup of tangerine juice;
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder;
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence;
  • 1 tablespoon agar-agar;
  • stevia to taste;
  • natural tangerine juice to water.

Method of preparation:

Mix the water, cocoa, stevia, vanilla and agar in a small saucepan and bring to the heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Turn it off and wait for it to cool. Add 1 cup of tangerine juice, mix well and pour into a large pudding shape moistened with water. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour or more, until firm.   • 2 large apples peeled and chopped;
  • 1 cup chopped prunes;
  • 1 small sweet potato peeled and chopped;
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.

Method of preparation:

Take the peeled sweet potatoes to cook in a pan with water. When tender, add chopped apples and prunes and cook for another 3 minutes. Turn off and bring to blender processor or blender, with the essence of vanilla. If you need to add some water to help beat. When all this is well incorporated, pour this cream into bowls and bring to the refrigerator. Serve.

5. Vegan Dessert Recipe - bananada light


  • 150 grams of pitted prunes;

7. Vegan Dessert Recipe - Light Mango Mousse


  • 1 mature mango;
  • 2 tablespoons of grated ginger;
  • 100grs of soy milk cream;
  • 4 tablespoons of organic sugar or sweetener;
  • 1 glass of water;
  • 1 tablespoon of agar-agar.

Method of preparation:

Beat the chopped mango without the peel, the ginger without the peel, the soy cream and the sugar or sweetener in the blender until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Dissolve the agar in the water and bring to the boil for 3 minutes. Add the mixture in the blender and beat again hot. Pour this cream into a glass bowl and lightly chill until smooth. Serve immediately.

8. Vegan Dessert Recipe - Mint Cream


  • pulp of 1 small avocado;
  • 1 packet of mint leaves;
  • 4 tablespoons of organic sugar or stevia sweetener;
  • 1/2 cup water;
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder.

Method of preparation:

In the blender beat the mint leaves washed with water and sugar or sweetener. Add the avocado pulp and beat again until you get a cream. Separate half the cream and incorporate the cocoa in the cream. Mix well. In individual bowls put half the green cream and half the chocolate cream. Garnish with mint leaves and serve!

9. Vegan Dessert Recipe - Sweet Light Rice


  • 1 1/2 cups of white rice;
  • 1 liter of water;
  • 1/2 cup raisins;
  • 2 cups of organic sugar or sweetener;
  • 2 small peeled and chopped yams;
  • 1 chopped apple;
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla dessert;
  • 3 tablespoons soybean powder powder;
  • 6 cloves;
  • 1 cinnamon stick;
  • 1 star anise;
  • cinnamon powder to sprinkle.

Method of preparation:

Take the rice to cook in a pan with water over medium heat. Beat the apple, yam, and soy extract in the blender with another 2 cups of water. After beating well, strain this mixture. When the rice is soft, add this mixture, raisins, cinnamon, cloves, anise and vanilla, and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finally add the sugar or sweetener, mix, cover and cook for another 5 minutes. Wait for it to cool down. Put in a bowl, sprinkle cinnamon and bring to chill for a few hours. Serve.

10. Vegan Dessert Recipe - Fake Manjar


  • 2 cups milk of chestnuts;
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed;
  • 1/2 cup of water;
  • 100 grams of grated coconut without sugar;
  • 1 glass of coconut milk;
  • 6 tablespoons of organic sugar or culinary sweetener;
  • 4 tablespoons corn starch;
  • 2 tablespoons of rice flour;
  • 100 grams of pitted prune.

Method of preparation:

Begin by placing the flaxseed with half a glass of water in a pan and bring to a boil until it forms a gel. Turn off and reset. Beat the gel in the blender with the liquid ingredients, gradually adding the dry ingredients and beating well. Reserve.

In shape for pudding melt 4 tablespoons of sugar or sweetener, place prunes in the bottom and pour the mixture. Bake in a water bath for approximately 45 minutes, then allow to cool and remove. Serve!
