1. Fit little cajoute recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup roasted peanuts without salt;
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder 100% sugar free;
  • 2 tablespoons water;
  • 1 tablespoon culinary sweetener;
  • 14 peanut halves to decorate (optional).

Method of preparation:

Tower the peanut. Take to beat the peanut in the blender until you get a flour. Add cacao and sweetener and beat more. Add the water slowly until you get a more resistant mass to give to model. Model the cashews with your hands at the desired size. Put half the peanuts on each end so that you remember a cashew. Put the little potatoes in a pot and keep them closed until serving time.

2. Low carb cassava recipe

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams roasted peanuts;
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder;
  • 2 tablespoons water;
  • 1 tablespoon of culinary sweetener.

Beat the peanuts in a mixer or blender until it turns into a flour. Add the cocoa and sweetener and beat again. Add water until it turns into a paste. Model the little cajuinhos and serve!

3. Light Cashew Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 50g chocolate bar diet;
  • 1 cup peanut, peeled, toasted and ground;
  • 1 clear in snow;
  • 1 tablespoon of culinary sweetener dessert.

Method of preparation:

Melt chocolate in double boiler. Add the ground peanuts and the sweetener, mix well. Add the snow white and let it cool. Roll the sweets and serve then.

4. Diet cassava recipe with milk powder

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup of hot water tea;
  • 1 cup of milk powder;
  • 1 tablespoon light margarine;
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon of culinary sweetener;
  • 2 tablespoons Gold Chocolate Diet;
  • ¾ cup of ground roasted peanut tea;
  • 3 tablespoons powdered milk to curl.

Method of preparation:

Beat the water, milk, margarine, sweetener and chocolate for 3 minutes in the blender at high speed. Take this mixture to a pan and add the peanuts. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes or until starting to thicken. Put this pasta on a plate and let it cool. Shape into small cakes and pass into powdered milk. Serve!

5. Recipe for fit little apple with whey

Ingredients:

  • 30g ground roasted peanuts without ground salt;
  • 2 scoops of whey protein from chocolate;
  • 30g cocoa powder;
  • 30g skimmed milk powder;
  • 5 tablespoons of water.

Method of preparation:

Mix the ingredients by reserving half the whey protein to the end. After mixing the ingredients, gradually add the second half of the whey protein until you get the paste point to model. Model the little cajuinhos and serve. Render 8 units. If you want more doubles the recipe.

6. Recipe for cashew fit with chia

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons full of whole peanut butter;
  • 1 tablespoon honey;
  • 1 tablespoon chia;
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa dessert;
  • water (if needed);
  • chia to curl.

Method of preparation:

Mix the ingredients and if necessary add water to obtain the consistency of modeling. Roll up and pass the candy on the chia. Serve!

7. Cashew Nut Fit Recipe with Peanut Paste

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter;
  • 20g whey protein isolate chocolate;
  • cashew nuts to decorate;
  • 2 tablespoons of water.

Method of preparation:

Place the peanut paste in a glass beaker with the water and bring to the microwave for 1 minute. After cooling slightly mix the whey with a spoon. When you get a more consistent pasta, model and serve with decorated cashews.

8. Cashew Nut Fit Recipe with Chestnut Milk

Ingredients:

  • 500g roasted peanuts;
  • 5 tablespoons brown sugar;
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder;
  • milk the chestnut until the point;
  • brown sugar to curl.

Method of preparation:

Beat the peanut in the blender until you get a flour, almost a paste. Add the sugar, cocoa and brown milk until you have a rolling point. Model the little cajuinhos and pass on the brown sugar. Serve!

9. Recipe for cashew fit with vegetable shortening

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups peanuts without roasted peel;
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar;
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable fat;
  • honey (if need be);
  • coconut grated without sugar to curl.

Method of preparation:

Mix the three ingredients and if necessary add a little honey to give consistency and point of modeling. Roll the marbles and place in the grated coconut without sugar. Serve!
