Method of preparation:

Method of preparation:

In a bowl, combine the three ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. If you need to add more coconut or cheese until you get a more consistent dough.   • 150 ml coconut milk;
  • 2 tablespoons xylitol;
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder.

Method of preparation:

In a large bowl put the coconut, cheese, eggs, coconut milk and mix everything until well incorporated. Add sweetener, mix and baking last. Wrap everything gently and pour into silicone molds and return to the preheated medium oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Expect to soften, uncover and serve.
