Ingredients:

Sweet Potato Chips

  • 1 medium sweet potato;

  • 2 teaspoons cumin powder;
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard powder;
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder;
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder;
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper;
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes;
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt;
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.

Method of preparation:

Chips: Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Wash the potatoes and slice the peel into thin slices. Use a mandolin. Pour olive oil into the slices and place on the paper. Season with salt and bake for 15 minutes. Remove, turn and leave for another 15 minutes. Turn off the oven and let stand for 5 minutes.

Filling: Pour the ground beef into a skillet over medium heat and add the seasonings. Let the cooking mixture for 5 minutes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the sweet potato chips on top, cover with ground beef and serve!

2. Recipe for low carb nachos with coconut flour

Ingredients:

Tortillas

  • 2 cups of coconut flour;
  • 1 spoon of baking powder;
  • 1 tablespoon spicy paprika;
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 tablespoon soy flour;
  • 200 ml of warm water.

Filling

  • 500g ground beef;
  • 1/2 chopped onion;
  • 2 cloves garlic, ground;
  • salt to taste;

  • 1 chopped tomato;
  • 1/2 minced zucchini;
  • 1 jalapeño pepper.

Sour cream

  • 1 can of cream without milk;
  • juice of a lemon.

Method of preparation:

Tortillas: mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, add the egg and the water stirring with the hands until homogeneous mass. Spread a thin layer of dough with a spatula over a frying pan and place over high heat until it comes out of the bottom. Turn and let again until crispy. Repeat until finished.

Stuffing: Sauté the onion, garlic, tomato and meat, add the chopped zucchini and the rest of the seasonings. Let it cook. Add chopped jalapeno (optional).

Sour Cream: Mix the lemon juice to the cream and beat for 3 minutes until you get a cream. Cool to cool.

Ingredients:

  • 5 tablespoons finely ground "pururuca" pork skin;
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese;

Mix all the ingredients in the dough. Put the dough on a silicone mat and cover with plastic film, spread with the roll until it is very thin. Cut the size you prefer. Transfer one by one to a silicone carpet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until crispy.

Method of preparation:

Cut the zucchini with the shell in medium slices, neither so thin nor so thick. Place on baking sheet and season with salt and other seasonings. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until crispy. Add the toppings over top and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
