In an electric mixer beat the egg yolks with the rest of the sweetener. Pour pan mixture and wrap everything. Then add the flour, psyllium, salt and wrap everything. Incorporate egg whites and baking powder. Bake, preheated 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling: Bring all the ingredients to the heat until they get consistency. Reserve.

For the cover, melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave. Stir in the cream until you get a ganache. Remove the baked cake from the oven, wait cool, cut in half, fill, cover with half the dough and add the ganache over. Refrigerate and serve.
